We offer to pay tenants deposits on their behalf to landlords/agents on any independent letting arranged though private landlords or estate agents. In exchange for you paying a fee to us (25% of the required deposit) we will pay your deposit in full to your landlord or agent, the deposit remains our property during the tenancy - AT THE END OF THE TENANCY THE FULL DEPOSIT PAID BY US IS RETURNED TO US NOT YOU.
