There are no future contracts or fees and its entirely your decision as to whether you to wish to offer this service to your furture tenants. It will also ensure payment of your Referral Commissions for all deposits we supply to your tenants.
Your agencies details will also be listed on our site for thousands of tenants to see. This will mean that when tenants register with us they are more likely to go straight to your website to see what properties you have available, before they search the open market. It also gives tenants the knowledge that your agency is aware of Rental Deposits and how it operates.
Once registered you will receive by email your unique agents registration number and a marketing pack for your agencies adverts, windows, and website should you wish to use them. There is nothing else you need to do.
